How do I cancel my membership?

To cancel your membership visit "Account Details" section, then click "Cancel membership" to end your membership.

For password recovery use "Member Login" section, click "forgotten password" and enter your e-mail address. Shortly after your password will be sent to your email address with a link. You can also re-set your password.

Where can I view my orders?

To see your orders, go to the "My Account" page, you can see your orders in the "My Orders" section.

How can I pay?

You can pay with credit card or Western Union money transfer. Payment at the door is only valid for purchases in Turkey. All expenses may occur at the customs are covered by the receiver.

I want to change the delivery address of my order, how can I do?

Return and Exchange Policy

Return or/and exchange is not allowed for the purchases outside Turkey. If you refuse a shipment from Kayra.com.tr, you are responsible for the original shipping charges, any Import Fees that are incurred on the package, and the cost of returning the package to Kayra.com.tr. This amount will be deducted from your merchandise refund.
